2011 Carnival Parade

Yes it is definitely on its way!

Go on, get building those floats and enjoy lots of fun with your family, friends, committee or work colleagues. If that sounds too much hard work, decorate your bike, buggy or wheel barrow! If you have a trike, classic tractor or bike please come along. we would love to have anything and eveverything. What can you think of? Give us a ring and let us know that you are intending to come on 01842 862326. The police need numbers.

If you want to come in fancy dress, just turn up and enjoy the atmosphere.

We will meet at Woodlands estate no later than 11 am. JUDGING STARTS AT 11.30 am and we START THE PARADE AT 12 NOON SHARP. Please try to either walk or get dropped off. The parade will take lots of space. We would like to thank all the residents for your patience in advance and promise it is only once a year!

The whole experience is a lot of fun, there is a fantastic atmosphere and everyone is full of excitement. However, if you would rather watch the whole parade we greatly appreciate the waves on route. And don't forget there is a decorated business and home this year too.
